Flights to 9 hours in LAX airport. I have to leave at what time to know San Diego. If the traffic light, turn north to 5 or the incoming traffic from the south?

Are you left ...... You do not have any long-term parking ....... Should a rental car? Is there any domestic or foreign travel, if you go through customs? Need hand luggage, or you need to register your luggage.
It takes longer to get the security checks at the airport and a few others ....... Because Southwest can take a very long compared to the United States.
