Non-hydrogenated margarine. Too good to be true? - non hydrogenated oil
Today I bought the brand promise of margarine, and is not hydrogenated. I looked at the ingredients and of course the words are hydrogenated to find anywhere else. It is a mixture of vegetable oil.
Is this too good to be true? One tablespoon contains only 8% of the daily value of saturated fat and no cholesterol.
