What source do you have? There are three types on the market, Petmate Fresh Flow, Mat Catita and source. All distribute water differently. Perhaps you should return to the source you have and try a different brand. Petmate water flows into a sloap. With the mat, comes as the tap water. And with a lick of Catita, water flows into a bubble and cats are getting their water. I would like to try another brand before giving up.
